Chalet-Hôtel Quartz, Altitude Réisidences offers demanding and environmentally conscious holidaymakers an ambitious eco-friendly renovation project.
Of the former hôtel du Curling, built in the 1970s, only a few walls remain - reinforced with an additional 20 centimetres of insulation and equipped with new windows to ensure optimal thermal and soundproofing comfort (double glazing on the south side, triple glazing on the north). Even the foundations were reinforced to seal the property down to its most hidden corners.
Altitude Résidences' commitment to sustainable tourism is also reflected in its interior design choices. Using wood, stone sourced from a quarry two hours away in Italy, and bespoke wallpaper designed by Lauriane Miara, a talented illustrator based in Bourg-Saint-maurice, the brand highlights noble materials and local talent.
