But drinking your coffee with messy hair, without fear of being judged by the people sitting next to you, unfortunately comes at a price: having to think about an infinite number of little details (packing coffee in your suitcase, for example) before your stay.

arriving and leaving? that’s easy!

- A parking space is included in your reservation at Chalet Hôtel Yéti, Chalet Hôtel Cap Neige, Chalet Hôtel Turquoise and Lodge des Glaciers residences. We can book an additional parking space for you (subject to avaibility, €100/per parking space). Chalet Hôtel Hôtel Quartz, located in the heart of the Val Claret district, does not have a parking facility. We recommend contaction the Golf covered parking or the Grande Motte open-air parking to reserve your space.

- A luggage room is available to store your suitcases after check-out if you want to delay your departure by a couple of hours...

- ... as well as a changing room with shower, toilet and secure locker to freshen up after your final day of skiing or mountain biking, before hitting the road!

- Beds are made up on arrival (excluding sofa beds), so there’s no need to bring your own sheets
- Towels are available in the bathroom
- A kit is provided in the kitchen (tea towels, sponge, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, multi-purpose spray)
- Fancy watching a film? Each apartment has a TV with a SONOS sound system and a Chromecast
- The laundry room (with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron) is free to access. Washing powder is sold at reception
- Wi-Fi access (individual) is of course included
- We take care of cleaning for you (price quoted when booking)

- A cot is available in the apartment on request (please note: this is the only bed for which you will need to bring your own sheets). - We can also lend you a baby bath, a highchair and crockery suitable for toddlers, on request
- And for a romantic evening (or a morning together on the slopes), we can put you in touch with a trusted babysitter
- A bike room (up to 2 or 3 bikes per apartment) is available

- Don’t waste a second on the slopes: we’ll buy your ski passes at a preferential rate and give them to you on arrival

- We have large ski lockers available with boot dryers, for optimum comfort

- On request, we can book winter sports lessons (skiing, snowboarding, freeriding) for you with our partners

- By reservation, our equipment hire partner Elpro (La Plagne) will collect you from the complex, fit you out with the latest equipment and take you "home" (unless you'd prefer to head straight for the slopes!)

Vacances avec animaux: facile !

Hors de question de laisser votre animal de compagnie derrière vous : chez Altitude Résidences, les chats et chiens sont acceptés (100 € / animal / semaine). Et comme Médor a le droit de profiter des vacances aussi, on lui prépare des gamelles et un coussin bien douillet !
