Pauline Kunegel: your yoga teacher
Between lake and mountains, snow-capped peaks and green valleys, this yoga retreat in the heart of Tignes has been designed in collaboration with Pauline, a yoga teacher. A physiotherapist for 16 years, Pauline places movement at the core of her practice and her vision of wellbeing. Naturally, her journey led her to yoga, which she teaches through a postural and functional approach that respects the body and adapts to different conditions.
During the retreat, she will offer dynamic and fluid Vinyasa yoga sessions, as well as gentler practices such as Yin yoga. The experience will be enriched with themed workshops focusing on breathing, pelvic floor awareness and body awareness, helping you better understand your body and cultivate healthy, sustainable movement.
Both Vinyasa and Yin yoga* sessions are accessible to everyone. No prior experience is required—just the desire to take care of yourself and recharge in the heart of the Alps. The perfect combination for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself and nature in a unique alpine environment.
*Vinyasa yoga is a practice combining breath, grounding, mobility and postural work, guided by a supportive, uplifting and attentive teaching approach. Yin yoga, on the other hand, is a gentle and slow practice where postures are held for several minutes to deeply stretch connective tissues (fascia) and encourage relaxation.
