Can I arrive before 5pm?
We guarantee that your flat will be ready by 5pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, we provide a luggage storage service, allowing you to enjoy your day. We will call you as soon as your flat is ready.
Is it possible to book from Sunday to Sunday or from 3 days? No, we only book from Saturday to Saturday. We do consider group bookings outside the school holidays.
Can I buy ski passes from you? Yes, we sell ski passes for La Plagne and Paradiski. The advantages: you get a 5% discount on the standard rate and your passes are ready when you arrive.
Can we book our ski equipment with you? Yes, we work with Elpro who will provide you with your equipment. You get a special rate and a top of the range service. All the details and contact information can be found in the "Partners" tab.
During your stay
Where to park in Belle Plagne? Belle Plagne has 2 car parks: the upstream car park and the downstream car park. We provide you with 1 parking space per flat, in the downstream car park for the Chalet Hôtel Turquoise flats and in the upstream car park for the Cassiopée flats. ATTENTION: the maximum height is 1.90m.
What happens when I arrive? Your flat is available from 5pm. You can go to the reception of the establishment where our receptionist will welcome you and give you all the information you need for your stay.
How do I check out? Departure is requested at 9 am at the latest. You can go to the reception of the establishment to return your key and finalise your stay.
Bed linen and towels, are they included? We provide bed linen (sheets, pillows, duvets) and towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person). The beds are made on arrival.
From what age is the wellness area accessible? The wellness area is accessible from the age of 16 under the responsibility of the parents or legal guardian.
Where are the ski lessons located? The establishment is located on the slopes. We work with Oxygène Ski who offer ski lessons at the foot of the Chalet Hôtel Turquoise. You can find all their contact details in the "Partners" tab.
Do you offer massages? No, we do not have a massage service within the residence. However, we do work with a masseur: Robin Massages. You can find all his contact details in the "Partners" tab.
