Are the Les Ecrins apartments right on the slopes?
The Écrin 112, 214, 324, and 426 apartments are located 500 m from the base of the slopes at Tignes Val Claret. The free shuttle, which stops right in front of the apartments, makes it easy to get to the slopes.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. We'll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Where can I park when staying at the "Les Ecrins" apartments?
You have one parking space included in the covered parking lot at the Les Ecrins residence. Additional parking spaces are available upon request for an extra charge of €100.
Are pets allowed?
We allow pets (up to 2 per apartment). We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the use of a bed and food bowls.
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
The Security Deposit at Altitude Résidences
The security deposit is a guarantee intended to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. It covers any damage, breaches of contract, or additional charges identified after your departure, while helping us maintain a high standard of service for all our guests. For clarity, a deposit fee schedule is included in the welcome packets. The security deposit is not cashed but is subject to a simple bank authorization hold. It is released after your departure, once the property inspection has been completed and provided that no issues are found. The security deposit for apartments is €1,000.
Can you reserve our ski equipment and lift tickets for our trip?
Yes, we sell ski passes for the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Once you've booked with us, the passes will be available for you in the apartment. In addition, we partner with Intersport Le Jhana, which provides ski equipment. You'll enjoy special rates and top-notch service.
