Is the Belvédère apartment ski-in/ski-out?
The Belvédère is ski-in/ski-out. You can access the "Bolin" slope directly from the apartment and then reach the Tignes Val Claret ski area.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Bed linen and towels are provided in all our accommodation. Beds are made up on arrival.
Where can we park when staying at the Belvédère apartment?
Your booking includes a parking space in the covered Borsat garage, located a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Upon arrival, you can briefly drop off your car at the foot of the apartment before moving it to the parking garage. An additional parking space is available upon request for an extra fee of €100.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
Can I arrive before 5pm?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, we offer an early check-in starting at €50, subject to availability, allowing you to make the most of your day. We will call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Is the jacuzzi included in the apartment package?
The jacuzzi is included with the apartment during the winter season. At other times of the year, it is available for an additional charge.
What type of coffee maker is in the flat?
All our flats in Chalet Hôtel Turquoise have a filter coffee maker and a classic Nespresso coffee maker (capsules are not supplied). We recommend that you purchase the standard capsules.
Can we buy the ski pass at your place?
Yes, we sell ski passes for the Tignes–Val d’Isère ski area. Once you’ve booked with us, your passes will be ready for you when you arrive at your apartment.
Can we book our ski equipment with you?
Yes, we work with Intersport "Le JHANA", who provide your equipment. You benefit from a preferential rate and premium service. All details and contact information can be found under the "Partners" tab.
The Security Deposit at Altitude Residences
The security deposit is a guarantee put in place to ensure the smooth running of your stay. It covers any potential damage, breaches, or additional charges identified after your departure, while helping us maintain a high level of service for all our guests. For clarity, a pricing grid for security deposits is included in the welcome folders. The deposit is not charged; only a temporary bank authorization is taken. It is released after your departure, once the inventory has been completed and provided no issues are found. The security deposit for the apartment is €1,500.
