Is the Le Belvédère apartment ski-in/ski-out?
Le Belvédère offers direct access to the slopes. You can access the "Bolin" run directly from the apartment, then head to the base of the slopes at Tignes r Val Claret.
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Where can I park when staying at the Le Belvédère apartment?
Your reservation includes a parking space in the Borsat covered parking garage, located a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Upon arrival, you may park your car briefly in front of the apartment before moving it to the parking garage. An additional parking space is available upon request for an extra charge of €100.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive earlier, we offer an early check-in starting at €50, subject to availability, so you can make the most of your day. We’ll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Is the hot tub included in the package?
The hot tub is included in the apartment's amenities during the winter. It is an additional charge the rest of the year.
What kind of coffee maker is in the apartment?
All of our apartments are equipped with a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Capsules are not provided. We recommend purchasing the standard capsules.
Can we buy ski passes at your shop?
Yes, we sell ski passes for the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Once you've booked them through us, the passes will be ready when you arrive at your apartment.
Can we reserve our ski equipment with you?
Yes, we work with Intersport, which provides you with equipment. You'll enjoy special rates and top-notch service. All the details and contact information can be found in the "Partners" tab.
The Security Deposit at Altitude Résidences
The security deposit is a guarantee intended to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. It covers any damage, breaches of contract, or additional charges identified after your departure, while helping us maintain a high standard of service for all our guests. For clarity, a deposit fee schedule is included in the welcome packets. The deposit is not cashed but is simply held as a pre-authorization on your credit card. It is released after your departure, once the property inspection has been completed and provided that no issues are found. The deposit amount is €1,500.
