Is the Charline " Chalet " ski-in/ski-out?
Chalet Charline is located 100 meters from the first ski lift.
Where can I park when staying at the Chalet Charline ?
Your reservation includes one covered parking space. Additional parking spaces are available upon request for an extra charge of €100.
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
We allow pets (up to 2). We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the use of a cushion and food bowls.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive earlier, we offer an early check-in starting at €50, subject to availability, so you can make the most of your day. We’ll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Can you reserve our ski equipment and lift tickets for our trip?
Yes, we sell ski passes for the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Once you’ve booked them with us, your passes will be ready when you arrive at the Chalet. In addition, we work with Intersport Le Rosset, which provides you with ski equipment. You’ll enjoy special rates and top-notch service. The Security Deposit at Altitude Résidences
The security deposit is a guarantee intended to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. It covers any damage, breaches of contract, or additional charges identified after your departure, while helping us maintain a high standard of service for all our guests. For clarity, a deposit fee schedule is included in the welcome packets. The security deposit is not cashed; instead, we simply take a pre-authorization on your credit card. It is released after your departure, once the property inspection has been completed and provided that no issues are found. The security deposit for “ Chalet ” is €1,500.
