What are the new amenities at the Chalet?
Chalet Ancolie offers a heated pool, an outdoor jacuzzi with mountain views, and a home cinema. These amenities are included during the winter season, from December 2026 onwards.
The indoor pool and home cinema are closed during the off-season and summer. The hot tub is available at an additional cost of €50 per day for the rest of the year.
Where can we park when staying at Chalet Ancolie?
Your booking includes one covered parking space. Additional parking spaces are available upon request for an extra €100.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Bed linen and towels are provided in all our accommodation. Beds are made up on arrival.
Can you organise our activities, book our equipment, ski passes and services during our stay?
To best meet your expectations, our reception team is at your full disposal to organise every aspect of your stay: booking activities, ski passes, restaurants and transfers. We take care of every detail so you can enjoy your holiday in complete peace of mind.
Are pets allowed?
We accept pets (max. 2). We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the loan of a cushion and bowls.
Can I arrive before 5pm?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready from 5:00 PM. We will call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Are the services of a private chef included in the chalet’s amenities?
In winter, renting Chalet Ancolie includes the exclusive services of a private chef, who prepares breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and dinners for you, served five times over the course of the week, offering a refined culinary experience at the heart of your stay. This service will be available from December 2026 and is not included during the off-season and summer.
