Just a few meters from the ski lifts in Tignes, the Chalet Ancolie welcomes you to a truly exclusive retreat: a rare, private “ chalet ” in the resort, offering breathtaking views of Lake Tignes , and the surrounding peaks. Its architecture elegantly blends modernity with traditional Alpine design to create a bright, contemporary, and warm setting, where every view of the mountains invites you to contemplate the scenery.
 
A true alpine retreat, the chalet offers spacious living areas, an outdoor hot tub where you can relax while taking in the panoramic views, and a living room with a fireplace where you can enjoy intimate evenings. For an even more exclusive experience, a private chef and a housekeeper will be at your service throughout your stay, combining comfort, pleasure, and personalized service.
 
  • In winter, your stay includes a private chef, access to the hot tub, daily housekeeping, and the movie theater—for a truly luxurious getaway. 
  • In the summer, the stay includesaccess to the hot tuband the movie theater. The private chef service and daily housekeeping are available only upon request.
  • During the off-season, the hot tub is available for an additional fee (€50 per day), and other services are available only upon request.

Chalet Ancolie is located 100 meters from the first ski lift.
What are the new benefits offered by the " Chalet "? 
Chalet Ancolie now offers an exceptional experience in the heart of the Alps: an outdoor hot tub with mountain views, a home theater, a private chef, a housekeeper, and personalized service. These amenities are included with stays from December through April.
Where can I park when staying at the " Chalet "Ancolie ?
Your reservation includes one covered parking space. Additional parking spaces are available upon request for an extra charge of €100.
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Can you organize our activities and make reservations for our equipment, packages, and services during our stay?
To best meet your needs, our team is here to help you plan every aspect of your stay: booking lift tickets, equipment, and activities, as well as making reservations for restaurants and arranging transfers. We take care of every detail so you can fully enjoy your vacation with complete peace of mind.
Are pets allowed?
We allow pets (up to 2). We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the use of a bed and food bowls.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your chalet will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. We'll call you as soon as it's ready.
Are the services of a private chef included in the benefits of the " chalet "?
In winter, a rental of the " Chalet "Ancolie includes the exclusive services of a private chef, featuring breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and 5 dinners.This service will be available starting in December 2026 and is not included during the off-season or summer. 
The Security Deposit at Altitude Résidences
The security deposit is a guarantee intended to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. It covers any damages, breaches of contract, or additional charges identified after your departure, while helping us maintain a high standard of service for all our guests. For your convenience, a security deposit fee schedule is included in the welcome packets. 
Security deposit amount: €3,000 during high season, €1,500 during low season
