Is Studio 93 a ski-in/ski-out property?
Yes. Studio 93 is located in the “Les Tommeuses” residence at the base of the Val Claret slopes. From the residence, you can reach the Val Claret base area.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive earlier, we offer an early check-in starting at €50, subject to availability, so you can make the most of your day. We’ll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the studio.
What kind of coffee maker is in the apartment?
You'll find a Nespresso coffee maker in all of our apartments. Capsules are not provided. We recommend that you purchase the standard capsules. The studio does not have a drip coffee maker.
Where can I park when I'm staying at Studio 93?
No parking space is included with this accommodation. We can offer you a paid parking space, subject to availability, at the “Le Borsat” covered parking garage or in the parking lot of the “Les Ecrins” residence.
Can you reserve our ski equipment and lift tickets before our trip?
Yes, we sell ski passes for the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Once you've booked with us, the passes will be available for you in the apartment. In addition, we partner with Intersport Le Jhana, which provides ski equipment. You'll enjoy special rates and top-notch service. All the details and contact information can be found in the "Partners" tab.
The Security Deposit at Altitude Résidences
The security deposit is a guarantee put in place to ensure that your stay goes smoothly. It covers any damage, breaches of contract, or additional charges identified after your departure, while helping us maintain a high standard of service for all our guests. For your convenience, a security deposit fee schedule is included in the welcome packets. The security deposit is not cashed; we simply take a pre-authorization hold on your credit card. It is released after your departure, once the property inspection has been completed and provided that no issues are found. The security deposit for the apartment is €500.
