Une bagagerie est à votre disposition pour entreposer vos valises après votre check out si vous souhaitez retarder votre départ de quelques heures.

Caution

Une caution de 1000€ vous est demandée à votre arrivée, et restituée en fin de séjour, sous réserve qu’aucun dommage n’ait été constaté.

Ménage obligatoire

Le ménage de fin de séjour est obligatoire et est inclus dans votre réservation.

check-in & check-out

On the day of your arrival: We can welcome you from 5pm to 7pm. In the event of late arrival, please notify reception so that we can organize your late arrival.

A deposit will be required to gain access to your apartment (€500 or €1,000 depending on the size of the apartment; your choice of cheque or bank card imprint). The deposit amount is indicated on your booking confirmation email.

The day of your departure: Check-out is at max 9am.

It’s relatively early, we admit! But it is essential to give our housekeeping team time to make all the apartments in the complex shine before the next holidaymakers arrive.

To make up for this early start, we offer two very useful services to extend your stay by a few hours:A luggage room to store your suitcases until 5pm and a changing room with a shower, toilet and secure locker.

WARNING : the mountain passes (Petit Saint Bernard, Iseran, Cormet de Roseland etc.) are closed in winter. Check your itinerary carefully and pay attention to your GPS!

If you come by plane or train, we can organise your transfer to the residence by private transport.
