Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive earlier, we offer a luggage storage service (at select properties), so you can enjoy the rest of your day. We’ll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Can I make a reservation from Sunday to Sunday?
Some of our residences are available for short stays and off-peak stays.

We are accepting short-term stays at some of our locations:
- Chalet Hôtel Quartz Tignes , Val Claret—minimum 3 nights
- Freddie Residence in Tignes 1800, minimum 1 night's stay
- Lodge des Glaciers La Rosière, minimum 3 nights
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
We accept pets (up to 2 small pets or 1 medium-sized pet) at the following residences:
- Chalet Hôtel Quartz
- Yeti Chalet
- Chalet Hôtel Cap Neige
- Chalet Hôtel Turquoise
- Lodge des Glaciers
We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the use of a cushion and food bowls. Pets are not allowed at the Freddie Residence.
What kind of coffee maker is in the apartment?
All of our apartments are equipped with a drip coffee maker and a standard Nespresso machine (standard-size capsules are not provided).
Is the baby kit free?
The baby kit is free and available upon request. It includes a
1 baby crib (mattress and mattress protector provided; sheets not provided), 1high chair, 1a baby bathtub (upon request) and baby dishes.

Can we buy ski passes at your shop?
We sell lift tickets for the resorts where we operate: La Rosière, Tignes , and Belle Plagne.

What type of heating system is installed in our residences?
In our residences— Chalet , Hôtel Yéti (Tignes Le Lac), Quartz (Tignes Val Claret), and Lodge des Glaciers (La Rosière) —the heating system is hydronic. Thanks to the heated floors, heat spreads gradually and evenly throughout the room. This system has a certain amount of thermal inertia: when you raise the temperature, you’ll need to wait a while before you fully feel the warmth.
The following residences— Chalet Hôtel Cap Neige (Tignes le-Lac) and Chalet Hôtel Turquoise (Belle Plagne)—are equipped with electric heating.
