Is the " Freddie " residence right on the slopes?
Freddie offers a ski-in/ski-out location, right across from the base area of Tignes 1800, just steps away from the ski lesson departure points.
Does the Freddie Residence have a parking lot? 
Freddie, located at 1800 Tignes , has an uncovered parking lot with a very limited number of spaces. Parking is available for a fee of 20 € per night.
Alternatively, we invite you to go to the Montayes parking lot, managed by Indigo, to find a parking space there.
What's the process like when we arrive at Freddie
You may check in on your own starting at 5:00 p.m. The access codes for the residence and your apartment's key box will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.
Does the residence have a front desk? 
Freddie does not have a front desk. Check-in and check-out are handled entirely on your own.
Arrival: 5:00 p.m.
Departure: 9 a.m.  
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations.
You'll find your linens ready upon arrival: the beds are made, with the comforter neatly folded on the mattress.
Does the residence accept short-term stays? 
The Freddie Residence Freddie open for short stays and staggered stays. 
Can we buy ski passes at your shop?
Yes, we sell ski passes for the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Once you've booked with us, your ski passes will be ready when you arrive at your apartment.
Can we reserve our ski equipment with you?
Yes, we work with Intersport "Le Rosset," which provides you with equipment. You’ll enjoy special rates and top-notch service. All the details and contact information can be found in the "Partners" tab. To get to Intersport “Le Rosset” fr Tignes 1800, you can take the free shuttle from the bus stop located less than a 5-minute walk from the residence.
Does the residence have a wellness area? 
This residence does not have a wellness area.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not accepted inside the apartments in the complex.
What kind of coffee maker is in the apartment?
You'll find a Nespresso coffee maker in all of our apartments. Capsules are not provided. We recommend that you purchase the standard capsules.
