Is the residence right on the slopes?
Chalet Hôtel Quartz offers ski-in/ski-out access right in the heart of Tignes Val Claret.
Does the Chalet Hôtel Quartz a parking lot?
Our residence does not include parking spaces; we invite you to inquire at the golf course parking lot, which is a covered parking facility, or at the Grande Motte parking lot, an outdoor parking lot with no height restrictions.
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
Can you organize our activities and make reservations for our equipment, packages, and services during our stay?
To best meet your needs, our team is at your service to help organize every aspect of your stay: booking lift tickets, equipment, and activities, as well as making reservations for restaurants and arranging transfers. We take care of every detail so you can fully enjoy your vacation with complete peace of mind.
What kind of coffee maker is in the apartment?
In all of our apartments at the Chalet Hôtel Turquoise, you'll find a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Capsules are not provided. We recommend purchasing the standard capsules.
Is Le Quartz open for short stays? 
You can book your stay at Chalet Hôtel Quartz a minimum of 3 nights.
Does the Chalet Hôtel Quartz a wellness area? 
Yes, the Chalet Hôtel Quartz a wellness area that includes: an XXL hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, a solarium, and a tea room—perfect for enjoying moments of rest and relaxation.
What is the minimum age for accessing the wellness area? 
The wellness area is open to guests ages 16 and older, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Are pets allowed?
We allow pets (up to 2 per apartment). We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the use of a cushion and food bowls.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive earlier, we offer a luggage storage service (at select properties), so you can enjoy the rest of your day. We’ll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
