Does the Chalet Hôtel Quartz have a parking lot?
Our residence does not include parking spaces. We invite you to enquire at the golf parking lot, which is a covered parking lot, or the grande motte parking lot, an outdoor parking lot with no height restrictions.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Bed linen and towels are provided in all our accommodation. Beds are made up on arrival.
Can you arrange our activities and services during our stay?
To best meet your expectations, our reception team is at your full disposal to organize every aspect of your stay: booking activities, ski passes, restaurants, or transfers. We take care of every detail so you can enjoy your holiday in complete peace of mind.
What type of coffee maker is in the flat?
All our flats in Chalet Hôtel Turquoise have a filter coffee maker and a classic Nespresso coffee maker (capsules are not supplied). We recommend that you purchase the standard capsules.
Is Le Quartz open for short stays?
Guests may reserve a stay at Chalet Hôtel Quartz from a minimum of three nights.
Does the residence have a wellness area?
Yes, Chalet Hôtel Quartz features a wellness area with an XXL Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, solarium, and herbal tea lounge, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation and tranquillity.
What is the minimum age for access to the wellness area ?
The wellness area is accessible to children aged 16 and over, under the responsabilty of their parents or legal tutor.
Are pets allowed?
We accept pets (max. 2 per apartment). We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the loan of a cushion and bowls.
Can I arrive before 5pm?
We guarantee that your flat will be ready from 5pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, we can provide a luggage storage service (in some accommodation), allowing you to enjoy your day. We will call you as soon as your flat is ready.
