Is the residence right on the slopes?

Chalet Hôtel Yéti is located less than a 4-minute walk from the base of the slopes at Tignes le lac.

Where can I park when I'm staying at the Yéti?

We provide one parking space per apartment in the parking garage under the residence (two spaces for apartments accommodating more than 12 people, subject to availability). PLEASE NOTE: The maximum height is 1.90 m. Ifyou would like one or more additional spaces, we will direct you to the resort’s parking lots (paid parking), which you can reserve in advance.

Are bed linens and towels included?

We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.

What kind of coffee maker is in the apartment?

In all of our apartments at the Chalet Hôtel Turquoise, you'll find a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Capsules are not provided. We recommend purchasing the standard capsules.

Can we buy ski passes at your shop?

Yes, we sell ski passes for the Tignes-Val d'Isère ski area. Your passes will be ready when you arrive.

Can we reserve our ski equipment with you?

Yes, we work with Intersport, which provides you with equipment. You'll enjoy special rates and top-notch service. All the details and contact information can be found in the "Partners" tab.

Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?

We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive earlier, we offer a luggage storage service (at select properties), so you can enjoy the rest of your day. We’ll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.

Are pets allowed?

We allow pets (up to 2 per apartment). We charge an additional €100 per pet per stay. This fee includes the use of a cushion and food bowls.

Does the Chalet Yéti have a wellness area?

The Chalet Yéti features a wellness area with an XXL hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, and a cold plunge pool, as well as a fitness center.The wellness area is open to guests ages 16 and older under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

What is the minimum age for accessing the wellness area?

The wellness area is open to those 16 years of age and older under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
