Our program is based on four levels, designed to guide you step by step: from the first subtle snowflake to the splendor of the mountain peaks.
FLOCON MEMBER
You can earn this status as soon asyou make a direct booking***** totaling less than €5,000, which gives you access to benefits such as:
- Access to our presales 15 days before reservations officially open,
- Special discounts from our partners (equipment rentals, lift tickets, ski lessons, and outdoor activities),
- Exclusive offers* designed to make your time in the mountains even more memorable.
SNOW MEMBER
This status is available with at least one direct booking totaling between €5,000 and €8,000. As a Snow Member, your benefits will include:
- 5% off your next stay
- Access to our presales 15 days before reservations officially open,
- Exclusive discounts from our partners (equipment rentals, lift tickets, ski lessons, and outdoor activities),
- Access to our exclusive offers*.
CRYSTAL MEMBER
Crystal status is available after making at least 2 direct bookings totaling between €8,000 and €12,000. It entitles you to benefits such as:
- 5% off your next stay
- Access to presales 20 days before reservations officially open,
- Priority check-in** for added convenience,
- Exclusive discounts from our partners (equipment rentals, lift tickets, ski lessons, outdoor activities),
- Access to our exclusive offers*
PRESTIGE MEMBER
The most prestigious status in our program ,reserved for members who have made more than 2 direct bookings totaling more than €12,000. Thisstatus entitles you to:
- 10% off your next stay,
- Access to presales 30 days beforereservations officially open, with a personalized call,
- Priority check-in**,
- Complimentary wellness kit or comfort kit***,
- Mid-stay housekeeping included,
- Ski test at our authorized partner****
- Access to our partner discounts (rentals, lift tickets, ski lessons, outdoor activities) and our exclusive offers
- Access to our exclusive offers*

**Priority check-in allows you to skip the line upon arrival, subject to terms and conditions and availability. This service does not constitute early check-in and does not allow you to arrive before the official check-in time.

****Ski trials are by appointment only, subject to in-store availability, not guaranteed under all circumstances, and not available on Saturdays (when the store is very busy).
