HOUSEHOLD MANAGER - HOUSEKEEPING STAFF (M/F)

- Work location: Tignes, Belle Plagne , and La Rosière
- Contract type: Fixed-term contract for the 2025 summer season.
- Work hours: 39 hours per week, from June 18, 2025, to September 12, 2025.
- Compensation: Based on experience.

Job Description:
As the key person ensuring the cleanliness of our five luxury residences and chalets, you will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction. The housekeeping staff ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of all the group’s residences. Working directly with the front desk staff and reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll have a high degree of autonomy in managing your residence, while playing a central role in the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
In season:
- Cleaning of the common areas in each residence—landings, stairwells, laundry rooms, restrooms, and recreational areas (sauna, steam room, pool, locker room, restrooms);
- Checks that the apartments in the residential complexes are clean after the cleaning crews have finished;
- Deep cleaning of apartments and midweek tidying of apartments;
- Organize, check, and prepare linens, and ensure that the linen rooms are stocked with welcome amenities;
- Management and maintenance of work equipment—tracking inventory of household products.
At the beginning and end of the season:
- Cleaning out apartments;
- Inventory checks and upgrades;
- Conduct technical inspections of the apartments and report any issues to the manager for action;
- Inventory control and management;
- Lingerie inventory check – conduct an inventory with the laundry department to plan for restocking;
- Cleaning of vacation rentals.
Desired Qualifications:
You are self-reliant, honest, and thorough, and you can work both independently and as part of a team; you have experience in housekeeping.
