A luggage storage area is available for you to store your bags after you check out if you'd like to delay your departure by a few hours.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been found.

Mandatory Cleaning

A final cleaning is required and is included in your reservation.

It's the big day

Check-in & Check-out

On the day of your arrival: We welcome you from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after this time, please notify the front desk so we can make arrangements for your late arrival.

A security deposit will be required to gain access to your apartment (€500 to €1,000 depending on the size of the apartment; you may pay by check or credit card authorization). The amount of the security deposit is indicated in your booking confirmation email.

On the day of your departure: Check-out is required by 9:00 a.m. at the latest.

We admit it’s relatively early! But it’s essential to give our housekeeping team enough time to thoroughly clean all the apartments in the residence before the next guests arrive.

To make up for this early wake-up call, we offer two handy services to extend your stay by a few hours: a luggage storage service where you can leave your bags until 5 p.m., and, in some of our residences, a locker room with a shower, restrooms, and a secure locker.

PLEASE NOTE: Mountain passes (Petit Saint Bernard, Iseran, Cormet de Roselend, etc.) are closed in winter. Be sure to check your route carefully and be wary of your GPS!

If you’re arriving by plane or train, we can arrange a private transfer to the residence.

by carFollow the signs for Chambéry. In Chambéry, take the A43 and A430 highways to Albertville, then take the N90 national highway toward Bourg-Saint-Maurice until you reach Aime. From Aime, take the D220, following the signs for La Plagne. Follow the signs for Belle Plagne Amont or Aval parking lot.

How to get to la Rosière

by car

From Chambéry, take the A43 and A430 highways to Albertville, then the N90 national highway toward Bourg-Saint-Maurice, continuing on to Séez. From Séez, take the D1090, following the signs for “ La Rosière.”

By train

By plane

Lyon Saint-Exupéry, Geneva, Grenoble, or Chambéry airports (then take a shuttle or taxi to La Rosière -Centre)

How to get to Tignes

by car

From Chambéry, take the A43 and A430 highways to Albertville, then take State Route N90 toward Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Drive through Bourg-Saint-Maurice and follow State Route D902 toward Tignes.

By train

Destination station: Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Shuttle buses or taxis are available for the transfer to Tignes. Please ask our team for more information.

By plane

Destination airports: Lyon Saint Exupéry, Geneva, Grenoble, or Chambéry.Shuttles or taxis are available for the transfer to Tignes. Please contact our team for more information.
