Is the Chalet Hôtel Turquoise accessible right from the slopes?
The residence is located right at the foot of the slopes, with a trail running directly in front of it, providing easy access to Plagne Bellecôte.
Where can I park in Belle Plagne
Belle Plagne has two parking lots: the upper parking lot and the lower parking lot. We provide one parking space per apartment: in the lower parking lot for the “ Chalet ” and “Hôtel Turquoise ” apartments, and in the upper parking lot for the “Cassiopée” apartments. PLEASE NOTE: The maximum height is 1.90 m.
Are bed linens and towels included?
We provide bed linens and towels in all of our accommodations. The beds are made upon your arrival.
What kind of coffee maker is in the apartment?
In all of our apartments at the Chalet Hôtel Turquoise, you'll find a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Capsules are not provided. We recommend purchasing the standard capsules.
Can we buy ski passes at your shop?
The benefits: You get a €10 discount off the standard rate, and your passes are ready when you arrive.
Can we reserve our ski equipment with you?

Where is the meeting point for the ski lessons?
The property is located on the ski slopes, and the ski lessons start right across from the residence's entrance.
Can I arrive before 5 p.m.?
We guarantee that your apartment will be ready starting at 5:00 p.m. If you’d like to arrive earlier, we offer a luggage storage service (at select properties), so you can enjoy the rest of your day. We’ll call you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Are pets allowed?
We allow pets (up to 2 per apartment). We charge an additional fee of €100 per pet per stay. We provide one cushion and one food bowl per pet.
What is the minimum age for accessing the wellness area?
The wellness area is open to guests ages 16 and older, under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
